How can we calm our body, clear our minds, and open our hearts? How can you advance your yoga practice? CJ interviews yoga teacher Jillian Pransky on her book “Deep Listening”. What is holding and why is it so important to creating a sense of calm in our body? What is tension versus tightness? How does tension prevent us from feeling a sense of holding? What is the interplay between breath, and holding? Jillian steps us through two meditations. The first (Pause and Reset)is something you can do throughout your day. The second meditation helps in creating openess, softness, and wholeness.

About Jillian Pransky

Jillian Pransky is an international presenter and the author of Deep Listening. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist recognized by the International Association of Yoga Therapy and the director of Restorative Therapeutic Yoga teacher training for YogaWorks.
