5 Minute Daily Energy Routine

This is a 5 minute daily energy routine that you could do every day to help restore your body’s natural energy flow.

1) The Three Thumps

k27- Use if you need help focusing or if you are feeling drowsy.  Tapping on these points flips your energy if it’s running backwards.

Thymus Gland- Use to awaken your bodies energies, boost immune system, and increase vitality.

Spleen points- Tap to lift your energy, balance blood sugar, boost your immune system.

2) The Cross Crawl

Use to help you feel more balanced, think more clearly, improve coordination and harmonize your energies by connecting the left hemisphere of your brain to the right side of the body and vice versa.

3) The Wayne Cook Posture

Use to untangle inner chaos, gain a better perspective, focus your mind, think more clearly and to learn more proficiently by getting the forebrain and autonomic nervous system working in better harmony.

4) The Crown Pull

Try if you want to calm your nervous system, release mental congestion, refresh your thinking, and open you to higher inspiration.

5) Lymphatic Massage

Use to energize, bring toxins to your waste removal systems, and clear stagnant energy.  By massaging the neurolymphatic reflex points you will allow blocked energy to flow.

6) The Zip-up

Use when you want to feel more confident. Think more clearly. Protect you from negative energies.

7) The Hook-Up

Strengthens your aura and increase coordination.
