Embodied Awakening // Part 5 of 5

By  |

CJ Liu interviews Reverend Stephanie Red Feather about her book, “The Evolutionary Empath: A Practical Guide for Heart-Centered Consciousness.”

In part five of this interview, Stephanie describes the importance of embodied awakening and what it means to be embodied. Despite many religions emphasis on transcendence, we need to focus on our bodies as well. Instead of an adversarial relationship, its about balancing feminine (body, emotions) with masculine. Stephanie offers an impromptu reading of CJ’s energy field and the importance for her to:

  • Build an energy container,
  • Keep a positive mindset, and
  • Accompany it all with positive affirmations that are targeted toward wounded areas and trauma.
