By  |

CJ Liu talks to attorney and author John Allcock about his book “Forty Things I Wish I’d Told My Kids”. How can you be mindful during crazy busy days? CJ and John discuss how you can use mindfulness and not be ruled during the tyranny of unexpected events. How did John develop an expanded definition of the “mind” beyond his experience as a trial lawyer working with IP and how did it help his life? How did slowing things down and doing things with intention and attention help create better results? What is the split second action that you can take that will help you keep calm throughout even the busiest of days?
