The Spiral Path – Covid19 // Part 1 of 5

By  |

CJ Liu interviews Reverend Stephanie Red Feather about her book, “The Evolutionary Empath: A Practical Guide for Heart-Centered Consciousness.” During this time of Covid19, we are collectively facing a time of crises and chaos. Stephanie explains how we can accept this invitation to change, and resist the natural desire to want to fight the present moment.

As an individual, family, community, and society we are being called to evolve. Normally, we initiate change and prefer it in a linear fashion. However, this time, we are not in control and “nature” is leading the way. Stephanie explains that change is a spiral movement that takes us through sequential experiences of symbolic death and rebirth. It offers a pathway of changing something in our lives. Another way of looking at the current crises is to see it as a way to serve our growth and a evolve. Whether it’s a belief system, a habit, or how we view ourselves – we let it go.
